Scooped up a new JD 1025r subcompact tractor and had it delivered. 54” deck for mowing, loader for turning over soil/gardening and blueberry orchard mulch moving, fire wood, white tail deer hauler ;). I installed a Piranha tooth bar to the bucket which makes a huge difference. (Tooth bar also protects the leading edge of the bucket). The Yanmar diesel and 4x4 really make this a nice work horse as it will go anywhere I need on my property. Added the imatch hitch and MCS20 as I don’t rake leaves or grass clippings. So far really impressed. Purchased an Aluma 12’ trailer to haul it with. The best part is the tractor and trailer all fit in my basement garage. Time to work smart not hard, dart a deer go get tractor.

Trailer weighs 700# 3000# axle more than enough to handle this tractor.

Congrats! Looks real nice. The Potato Project I work for has on old 1050, and that thing is a workhorse for sure. Most reliable tractor we have.

Appreciate the comments gents...the old wheel barrow fully loaded is tough on the knees, the front end loader is much easier on the knees.

Nothing like a tractor if you have property! Nice one Patriot. I also tell people that I want to work smart and not hard, but they all know I'm not that smart, so they think I'm lazy LOL.

Cut a 60’ wild cherry tree down for firewood....the FEL came in really handy when I needed to move it. Wheel barrows are as much as possible a thing of the past if I can help it.

Took down a small maple that was just to close to the house. It’s either take it down now or wait until I have to pay big bucks to a tree company or a storm pushes it over on the house. FEL came in handy to move the firewood. It all fit in the FEL in one load.

Mulched my blueberry patch...getting them ready for a short winters nap. Pruned the patch back pretty close, the bushes needed a trim.
