Very nice pictures, all I'm getting are doe pics . I did have a neighbor request I help thin the deer out on his farm and followed he up with 2 dmap tags, farm tags for doe for my wife an I.
Pa, has the last week combined deer & bear archery, the rut will be in full swing then , Yeee Haaaa! Yep I'm excited....
Nice! I hunted Maryland most seasons that archery started sept 15 an killed quite a few bucks the first day,early days of season an never shot one that was in velvet that I can remember.
Velvets always gone when we get to hunt in Va.

A couple of yrs ago I got a bunch of pics of buck shedding velvet while the horns were still red an not hard yet, all of them around apple trees.
